I recently sketchnoted a TED Talk that caught my eye: How To Build A Business That Lasts 100 Years.
Within that talk Martin Reeves lays out the principles that make the human immune system so powerful, and explains how business builders would benefit from using those same principles.
The combination of traditional mechanical thinking alongside these biological thinking principles makes for a powerful way to approach the running of a business.
I like the idea of approaching the building of a business from a more biological standpoint, and see lots of room to apply these principles to my work here at Verbal to Visual.
Check out the video for a deeper dive into the principles that resonate most with me and my work.
Which of these might you start applying to your work?
