It’s that time of year – a time to look back at how last year went and make plans for the year to come.
For those who want this end-of-year reflection to really make a difference on their actions in the new year, nothing beats conducting an annual review, a process that I first learned from Chris Guillebeau over at The Art Of Non-Conformity.
In this video I look back at 2015 to see how well I followed up on the plans I made one year ago.
